What you'll learn
During the workshop, you'll learn the basics of chainmail jewellery making, including:
- chainmail foundations
- chainmail technique
- five popular chainmail weaves
At the end, you'll have the skills and knowledge you need to start making your own items.
What's included
- Weave samples
- Stainless steel rings (316 grade)
- A workshop document containing explanations and tutorials
- Personal attention and guidance
- Live-demonstrations of chainmail weaves
- A bag of rings and a closure needed for you to make an item of your own (assembled based on your wishes)
*spikes, pearls, gems can be purchased during the workshop
Pricing
Starting price is €180 for a minimum of 4 people. More people can be added for €35 per person (an assistant will join to keep the personal attention and guidance), up to a maximum of 10 people.
Venue fee is €60, or €0 if you host at your own location
How to book
I'll announce pre-scheduled workshops on my instagram, along with sign-up sheets. The sign-up sheets will also be posted here. Workshops take place in Amsterdam, NL.
If group workshops are not your thing or you aren't available on the dates, you can also book me for small-scale workshops! E.g. for groups of friends that would like to book a workshop together. Send me a message or email to set this up. Location will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
