General

• Processing time for all made-to-order pieces is 1-3 weeks.
• Ready-made items will be shipped in 1-3 business days.
• All of my pieces are entirely hand-made, processed and shipped by myself. Please be patient while I process your order. I do my best to accomodate every situation, but if you need an order by a specific date or for a specific occasion, please send an extra message about this. 
• In specific cases, I can make an express order at extra charge. 
• Pearls and gems are natural materials and come in different shapes. If you order a piece, please note that because of this, it will not be the exact same as pictured.

Shipping

• All orders are sent through PostNL. NL-based orders should arrive within 2-5 business days. 
• Orders above EU120 will receive a free upgrade to signature shipping, meaning that a signature is required to deliver the parcel in order to prevent theft. 
• Every order will receive a tracking number sent to their email once the package has been processed.
• Once and item has been shipped, Siren's Lair is not responsible for lost packages or packages damaged in transit. We will try out best to accommodate if this should happen, but additional charged might apply. 
• If your package is returned back to me, additional charged may apply to re-ship. I will try to keep the costs as low as possible, and only cover full costs if there was a mistake on my end. 

Return information and policy

• I offer full refunds within 24 hours of purchase. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, your order will be subject to the below terms:
  • If an order has been fulfilled/shipped, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.
  • All refunds will be on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation. 

Repairs

• Should something break, I only charge the costs of shipping to and from me, but the labor and material costs are free of charge.
